Cazaly Sports-Health personal trainers build your
strength, power, and agility through resistance training but we also offer guidance, motivation and support in
cardio interval training, pylometrics, flexibility, balance and core training. Personal training can also
get you over a training plateau.
We also offer small group training programs which offer the opportunity to increase functional
fitness through cross-training where not two sessions are alike. Other small group programs we offer are
Cazaly's Wise Women and Cazaly's Gutless Wonders (Health and Fitness
Programs), and 7 Day Survival Guide. The 7 Day Survival Guide is your complete personal training
action plan for getting started, building momentum and finally maintaining the outcomes that you need to stay in
the game (for as long as you wish or need to). Learn how to integrate things such as time management, relaxation,
fitness, exercise, nutrition & eating plans (with a special focus on surviving the weekends - where we often
try to fit in more than we can sometimes survive).
Variety in your exercise program is the spice of life and is the necessary ingredient for
maintaining weight, injury prevention, functionality and well-rounded fitness.
